Since 1973 INNOVATIVE has been known for bringing
the finest, most technologically advanced equipment available to
printers worldwide.
We originally established our reputation for excellence in the
Business Forms Industry with short run pack-to-pack equipment that set
the standard for the best way back in 1980 (the dawn of the short run
market!).
By 1990 we had already assessed the coming Prepaid Telephone Card
revolution and searched the world markets for the best short run
equipment to meet this new need. Single card offset printing machinery for plastics, inkjet personaization equipment, hot stamp scratch-off presses, and magnetic tape roll-on machinery are just a few of the Innovations we've brought to the prepaid and gift card markets. RFID smart label production equipment became a major focus with the introduction of the Melzer Of course, the best equipment must be accompanied by
prompt, reliable service and INNOVATIVE'S reputation in this area is
legendary.
Our customers always come first! |

IRWIN (BUD) GOLDFINGER, Chairman, is the founder and visionary of INNOVATIVE. After 17 years with Didde Glaser (subsequently Didde Graphic Systems) as their Eastern Region Sales Manager, INNOVATIVE was formed in 1973 as a Didde subsidiary to accommodate Bud's INNOVATIVE ideas. He bought INNOVATIVE in 1975 and has been anticipating the needs of the Graphic Arts Industry ever since. Bud's eye for the best equipment to fulfill new trends is unsurpassed. In his spare time, Bud has cultivated a love affair with striped bass and tuna. When not enticing them with rod, reel and lure, you'll be sure to find him thinking about where they are, what they eat and whom they hang out with and, if you look up the words "proud Grandpa" in any dictionary you'll find his picture! |

MARCIA GOLDFINGER, President
(and Bud's wife), joined INNOVATIVE in 1979 bringing her 10 years of
experience in advertising and direct mail. She and Bud soon realized that
to continue meeting the needs of the marketplace as the company grew,
INNOVATIVE needed sophisticated management techniques and so she
returned to school to earn her MBA.
Encouraging talent to flourish while bringing a sense of order
to the proceedings, Marcia has a keen eye on the company's bottom
line. Her primary responsibility has been finance and marketing and
forging the banking alliances to fuel Innovative's continued growth.
A dedicated swimmer and a disciplined exercise fan, Marcia maintains the conditioning suitable to the pursuit of an active life. While reveling in her beloved opera music, Marcia most enjoys spoiling and shopping for grandkids. Both she and Bud also love traveling to far-off places. |

MICHAEL (MIKE) HARRIS, CEO (and Marcia's and Bud's son), joined
INNOVATIVE in 1980 at the tender age of 21.
Having been a natural mechanic practically since birth, he
started as a Service Technician.
When Mike moved to sales, he had the unique advantage of
knowing every piece of equipment from the inside out.
Mike was promoted to CEO in 1997 after demonstrating that he
had true management ability in addition to his thorough grounding in
all phases of the company. Summertime is made for boating with his family on Long Island Sound, flying, fishing and pursuing the next fun toy with his young daughters. |

ROBERT (BOB) DEL MONTE, formerly Vice-President/Technical
Services, has worked with Bud since Didde Glaser days and was
INNOVATIVE'S first employee in 1973.
Bob was responsible for training our service technicians,
evaluating potential new products and running the best demonstrations
in the business.
His ability to analyze and troubleshoot a mechanical problem
(even on the phone) is outstanding.
(Just ask our customers!) His keen eye for detail dovetails nicely with true artistic talent. Bob has made some remarkable works of stained glass and sculpture and, living on a lake, spends many hours in a rowboat hauling up unsuspecting bass to his kitchen. Bob retired from full-time work in September, 2003 and continues to provide his invaluable experience to INNOVATIVE on a part-time basis.

ELINOR RUIS, Office
Manager, began working for INNOVATIVE in 1983 as a part-time
Bookkeeper. It took three
years to convince her to work for us full time (she was that good). In 1986 she took full charge
of our accounting activities, including shepherding the installation
of our first computer system. As Office Manager, Elinor now oversees
our day-to-day operations and has managed our seamless Y2K
transition, new hardware and software installations, and internal
systems In her spare time, Elinor enthusiastically supports her gourmet cooking club and enjoys terrific international trips with her husband. |

THOMAS (TOM) RUIS. Recently promoted to Parts Manager, Tom (Elinor's son) began working
part-time for INNOVATIVE while still in school. Since coming on full-time in
1996, Tom has become our resident computer guru, managing our
database, promotional mailings and fulfilling requests for product
information and quotations.
Now he has added a growing knowledge of machine parts to his Innovative talents. Tom is an avid sports fan and music enthusiast and enjoys his time (well spent) in the gym.
